Associate Justice in chambers Joseph N. Nagbe cites House Speaker Bhofal Chambers to a conference on Wednesday July 14, 2021 at 2:pm.
The Supreme Court’s decision to cite the House’s Leadership was triggered by a writ of prohibition filed in by Montserrado County district # 10 tough talking Lawmaker Yekeh Kolubah.
The writ of prohibition came days after Representative Yekeh Kolubah vowed to drag to Court the plenary of the House of Representatives if he is stop from attending special sessions.
It can be recalled that Representative Kolubah was suspended by the plenary of the House of Representatives for sixteen (16) sessions day of the lower House.
