LIBERIA-The House of Representatives has mandated three of its committees to investigate the operations of Western Cluster Liberia.
The Committees are WAYS, Means and Finance, Mines and Energy and the Judiciary.
Plenary decision followed a communication from Nimba County Lawmaker, Samuel Kogar
According to Representative Kogar, Western Cluster Liberia is operating outside of its Memorandum of Understanding, and that the status of the Company remains unclear which according to him is violation of the MOU.
Based on Representative Kogar communication, the three committees were given the mandate to thoroughly investigate the company’s operation and present a report to Plenary in two weeks.
