LIS Director of Communications, Abraham Dorley, said the borders were closed for the October 10 Elections.

According to LIS director of communication Abraham Dorley, the boarders were closed during the electioneering period to prevent cross-border intrusion by unscrupulous individuals, during electoral activities.

The LIS Communication Director also urged Liberians and foreign residents to go about their normal activities freely at the various entry points.
